Can I bring my children to the Workshops and Exhibit?
Children under the age of 18 will not be allowed in the Workshops. Children 18 and under can obtain a free badge and come into the exhibit hall during Exposition hours only. Children must be accompanied by and under the strict supervision of a registered adult. Infants and toddlers must remain in a stroller at all times. Children over 18 must register for the show. If they would like to attend workshops, they will need to register as a dealership manager.
Can those who register as a Spouse/Relative attend the Workshops?
No. Spouses/Relatives have access to the Exhibit Hall, the Lifestyle Experience and the General Sessions, but they do not have access to the workshops. Spouses/Relatives who want to participate in the workshop program should register as a dealership manager.

Yes, daily, complimentary shuttle bus service is available from ATD official hotels to the Convention Center.
What is myNADAplanner?
myNADAplanner is an organizational tool that allows users to personalize their convention experience. Attendees can create a personalized schedule of workshops they’d like to attend, which exhibitors they’d like to visit and create a personalized floor plan. Attendees can also use myNADAplanner to make appointments with exhibitors and network with other attendees.
How do I register and get a hotel room for the Convention?
The fastest, easiest way to register and secure housing is online. By registering online, you will have access to the hotel list with up-to-date availability in each hotel. If you prefer, you may register by fax or mail by completing the combined Registration and Housing form and fax it to ATD Registration & Housing at 301-694-5124 or mail it to ATD Registration & Housing at P.O. Box 4088, Frederick, MD 21705.
What is the fax number to send registration & housing forms to?
When will I receive my registration and hotel confirmation?
If you register and secure housing online, you will receive your confirmation immediately via email. If you fax or mail in your form, you will receive your confirmation within 3-5 business days. You will receive one confirmation from ATD Registration and Housing that includes both your registration and hotel confirmation. You must provide a unique email address during the registration and housing process, as your confirmation will be emailed to you.
I register as soon as registration opens and I still never get my first choice hotel. This is extremely frustrating. Why can I not get my first choice hotel?
We understand your frustration. There is a lot of competition for rooms during the NADA/ATD Convention. Over 1,000 hotel rooms are booked the first week registration opens. The majority of these bookings are for a few select hotels that are the most popular. Housing is secured on a first-come, first-served basis. Unfortunately, attendees' first choice for a hotel it is not always available.
Can you hold hotel rooms for me, knowing I will send in my registration form and fees later?
No. Hotel rooms are assigned along with your registration. We do not hold rooms pending receipt of your forms and fees. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. Your registration must be paid in full in order to receive housing.
How can I receive a registration receipt?
Your confirmation letter is your convention registration and hotel receipt. If you need another copy, please call ATD Registration and Housing at 800-974-3084 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and request another confirmation.
What happens if I lose my convention registration/hotel confirmation?
If you lose your convention registration and housing confirmation, please call ATD Registration and Housing at 800-974-3084 or email email@example.com and a new confirmation will be sent to you.
Can I pre-register all the way up to the show?
Yes. You will be able to pre-register by fax, mail and online up until January 16. After January 16, you will only be able to register online or in person on-site.
How do I get my registration badge?
You may no longer request to have your badge mailed to you. There are 2 different ways to pick up your badge onsite at the Convention Center. You can print out your registration confirmation that was emailed and take the barcode on the top of the confirmation and scan at one of the "Scan-n-Go" stations (similar to how the airports work); or you can bring your registration confirmation and valid ID to one of the full registration service counters and staff will print out your badge.
I called the Hotel and they don't have a record of my confirmation but I requested housing through ATD. What happened?
Hotels get a final list of ATD attendees 1 week before the show starts. Until then, the hotels will not have a record of your hotel stay. To make any hotel changes, you will need to go through NADA Registration & Housing up until January 16. After January 21, the hotels have all guests confirmations and you will need to contact the hotels directly for any housing changes or cancellations. Please give your name when calling the hotel as you are not given a separate hotel confirmation number.
